LIMITED INVITATION TO TENDER
Lease of Municipally-Owned Properties

SMOKY LAKE COUNTY extends a Limited Invitation to Tender for lease of the following Municipally-Owned Properties in accordance with Policy Statement No. 13-01.

Sealed bids for the leasing of Municipally-Owned Properties must be submitted to:

Bids must be received on or before Friday, January 31, 2025 at 4:00 Mountain Time.

Bids are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Surface Lease Tender” with the Tender # clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope.

The successful bidder shall enter into a Surface Lease Agreement with the County. Please note, that Policy No. 13-01 restricts the lease of municipally-owned properties for agricultural use only.
