Truck Fill Locations
Smoky Lake County has 2 raw water and 4 potable water truck fill locations throughout the County.

All locations accept credit cards or pre-paid accounts. All are accessible by a PIN that can be set up by calling the Smoky Lake County Main Office at 780-656-3730.

Raw Water Truck Fill Locations

Smoky Lake - East side of HWY 855 on the south side of the Town of Smoky Lake

Waskatenau - East of the Village of Waskatenau, located on the corner of Range Road 193 and Township Road 592 (across from St. Volodymyr Church)

Potable Water Truck Fill Locations

$7.50 per cubic meter

Bellis Potable Water Fill - South west of the Hamlet of Bellis
Spedden Treatment Plant - 11/2 KM west of Spedden (35 gal/ minute)
Spedden Truck Fill - Located in the Hamlet of Spedden
Warspite Water Treatment Plant - East end of the Hamlet of Warspite along the Iron Horse Trail

Regional Water Transmission Line

The regional water transmission line owned by “Highway 28/63 Regional Water Services Commission” serves all the municipalities within Smoky Lake County. Smoky Lake County operates the water system within our boundaries and is also the managing partner of the Highway 28/63 Regional Water Services Commission. In recent years, the regional water transmission line was twinned to extend potable water to Ashmont as well as to the Whitefish Lake First Nation #128.
